Our two day training workshop for Level II Certification will build on your Level I experience and equip you with the key fundamentals to maximize a team’s greatest asset – brain power and strategic thinking. Not only will you be certified to interpret HBDI® Team Profile reports, but you will also receive training to interpret our new HBDI® Pair Report that can provide valuable insight into important relationships such as managers/subordinates, mentors/mentees, and strategic business alliance partners.
