HERRMANN HBDI® CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP

The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) gives you the power to open communication, boost creativity, and spur productivity. INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION ENSURES SUCCESS
An interactive, four-day workshop thoroughly prepares you to use, apply and interpret the HBDI®. Instructors use the latest adult learning techniques to address your personal thinking style preferences and schedule in-class work and activities to build your confidence. Your pre-workshop assignments include completing your own HBDI® assessment, having two additional individuals (your choice, but you should be familiar with them) complete their HBDI® assessments, and some preparatory reading. After the workshop, you’ll have forty-five (45) days to assess and debrief the two individuals. Herrmann International coaches will follow your progress to provide guidance and keep you on track for certification.
PUT THE HBDI® AND WHOLE BRAIN® THINKING TO WORK FOR YOU
After you attend certification you'll be given access to the Herrmann International processing system. It communicates with our scoring protocol via the Internet so your HBDI® data can be processed quickly, efficiently and economically. You’ll also have access to our dedicated Certified Practitioner's Area, world-class customer service and support, and a global network of HBDI® professionals.
EARN HRCI RECERTIFICATION CREDIT HOURS
The HBDI® Certification has been pre-approved for 23.75 (Specified - Strategic Business) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
