Orin Salas is the Vice President of Sales for Herrmann International and is responsible for business development and client retention. Orin has more than 20 years of experience in training, assessment, sales leadership and business development.
Prior to joining Herrmann, he held senior business development and sales management positions within several U.S. training companies. He also has extensive experience leading sales and business development teams in the software industry, and has managed a team that marketed change management products and services. Orin started his career with American Greetings Corporation, where he spent nine years in sales and sales leadership positions.
Orin earned his master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Amber University, and he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwood University. Orin and his family reside in South Carolina.
