The One Killer App You Need To Solve Your Top Development Challenges

Last month we began a discussion (some of which happened in our blog comments) about the development challenges you will be focusing on this year. Here’s what you told us were your top 5:

Accelerating Leadership Development

Innovating Ahead

While innovation gets a lot of press these days, participants in our February THINC™ Webinar told us there are often barriers to innovation in organizations. Some common themes we heard:

Sound familiar? The root of many of these issues actually lies in brain dominance. Learning how to communicate the value of creative “big ideas” (D quadrant) in an analytical and quantitative way (A quadrant) is often the first step in getting heard and gaining buy-in from senior executives.
