Ann Herrmann-Nehdi, CEO of Herrmann International, will participate in a panel discussion as part of an online event hosted by Learn Trends on July 23, 2009. This event will bring together experts from all aspects of the training industry to discuss the current state of learning, the impact of the current economic climate on training decisions and what the industry needs to do to position the business of learning for long-term success.

In the panel session “Training Company Perspectives,” which will run from 2 pm – 3 pm EDT, senior executives at training companies will discuss how their offerings are evolving in today’s business environment. Ann, who facilitated a session on this topic with CEOs of training companies at an ISA (Association of Learning Providers) event, will start the discussion with an overview of key take-aways from that session. Other panelists include Jeff Sugerman, President and CEO of Inscape Publishing, Pete Weaver Senior Vice President of Leadership Solutions and Chief Learning Officer at DDI, and Ben Snyder, CEO of Systemation.
