In her Headliner Session, Four Secrets of the Learner’s Brain (H3, Monday February 7th from 3:15-4:15 pm), Ann will explore how to fully engage learners and meet greater demands for performance by using the best tool available – the learner’s brain – to accelerate the learning process and improve outcomes.
Drawing on decades of brain research, Ann will show participants how to build a performance-based program that gives them and their learners the results necessary to remain competitive in a high-speed, rapidly changing global marketplace. Participants will get practical tools they can immediately apply to leverage their talent’s brainpower, and they’ll learn how to design and implement learning using a proven Whole Brain® approach.
Ann’s breakout session will focus on Creative and Strategic Thinking: Essential Skills for Today's World (Breakout #115, Monday, February 7th from 8:00 am – 9:00 am). This engaging, interactive session will show participants how to improve thinking for more effective training and enhanced individual and team performance. They will learn a proven, easy-to-apply framework and step-by-step tips to increase creativity, build a more strategic mindset and reach breakthrough solutions to challenging problems.
