Action Plan Help
In this activity there are are five 'steps' but the first three steps require a response for each quadrant in a new screen. If a response was not indicated for a quadrant in any of the first three steps, the activity will not complete and progress to the next activity will be blocked.
To progress to the next activity use the PREVIOUS STEP button to work backwards through the Action Plan activity to locate the omitted response and then continue from that point forward using the NEXT STEP button. Each of the first three steps in this activity has four screens. At lease one check box must be selected for each quadrant in all four screens.
By design, the NEXT STEP and PREVIOUS STEP buttons enable the participant to move forward and backward within the activity without making a selection in each screen but a response is required for each screen to complete the activity.
