HBDIinteractive™ Does Not Start or Loading Progress Bar Stalls

First, make sure your computer meets all of system requirements for the HBDIinteractive application.

Known Technical Issues

There are no known issues with HBDIinteractive™ when used on computers with the default security configurations of Windows 2000 or Mac OS X 10.4 and later releases of these products or default browser security settings. Customized browser settings or third-party security software may however prevent content from fully loading.

  • Reset the security settings of your Internet browser application to default values or try again using an alternative Internet browser.

  • Corporate firewalls and/or content filters may prevent some HBDIinteractive™ content from fully loading in the Internet browser window. Please consult your system administrator or IT support staff for assistance.

  • Personal firewalls and/or content filters may prevent some HBDIinteractive™ content from full loading in the Internet browser window. Please temporarily disable firewalls and/or content filters.

  • Home routers may use filters that prevent some HBDIinteractive™ content from fully loading in the Internet browser window. Try connecting to the Internet with a wired connection directly to a cable or DSL modem.

  • Wireless or private networks such as those in hotels, hospitals or other public buildings may have filters that prevent some HBDIinteractive™ content from fully loading in the Internet browser window. Please try again using a wired alternative Internet connection.

  • Remote connections to a corporate network may have firewalls and/or content filters that prevent some HBDIinteractive™ content from fully loading in the Internet browser window. Please try an alternative connection method or consult your system administrator.
