My HBDIinteractive™ Progress Is Not Saved
The HBDIinteractive™ application is designed to track a participant's progress and enable the participant to stop and resume his or her learning experience at any time from the last completed activity. Progress tracking and saved Journal entries require write access permission by the Adobe Flash application to the participant's local settings folder. Tracking progress will not be saved under the following conditions:
- The participant resumes HBDIinteractive™ on a different computer
- The participant resumes HBDIinteractive™ using a new or different version
- The participant is using a shared Windows or network logon to the computer
- The participant has denied or limited write access permission to Adobe Flash Player
To ensure that Adobe Flash Player has sufficient permission to write to the local settings folder, please perform the following steps.
- With the application window open, right click inside the application window and select the SETTINGS command
- Click the folder icon
- Move the slider to 100K
- Click the CLOSE button
