TLC (Tempting, Lacking, Change) Activity
In this activity the participant is asked to apply what could be tempting, lacking or changed about a solution to a complaint that was entered as a response in a previous activity. Omitted responses in any of the previous screens will prevent the TLC activity from completing and block progress to the next activity.
Responses are required for all audio and text questions. If the narrator's dialog is not allowed to complete, it is possible to navigate to the next screen without entering a response, however the omitted response will block further progress later in the module. Allowing the narrator's dialog to complete will prevent premature navigation to the next screen until a response has been entered.
The most common omission occurs where the participant faiils to enter a current or recent past complaint that serves as the basis for this activity.
To complete the TLC activity and move forward to the next activity, go to the beginning of the activity (the fifth bubble from the left) and move forward through each screen allowing all audio dialogs to complete, making indicated selections at audio prompts, and entering responses in all text boxes.
