What is a Personal Web Key?
A Personal Web Key is a unique code required to resume an incomplete HBDI® Assessment portion of HBDIinteractive™. By using this code to access the HBDI® Assessment, the participant is automatically returned to the first unanswered question of the assessment.
Personal Web Keys are automatically emailed from Herrmann International to each participant after they have completed the personal information page of the HBDI® Assessment including a valid email address.
- If you believe the email address submitted was incorrect or omitted on the personal information page, you may begin a new HBDI® Assessment by using the Access Code that was provided with the original instructions. Note that Access Codes are issued for a finite time frame by the group leader or facilitator. If your Access Code is not accepted, please contact your group leader or facilitator.
- If you did not receive your Personal Web Key by email but believe that a valid email address was submitted on the information page of the HBDI® Assessment, please check your spam or junk email folders for a message from Herrmann International.
- If you still do not find Herrmann International's email message containing your Personal Web Key but believe that a valid email address was submitted on the information page of the HBDI® Assessment, please click here for assistance.
